What happens next

We check that the artist is realistic for the brief before anyone spends a week on it, then approach the person who holds the calendar. Once there is a yes in principle, we negotiate the fee, the rider, the rights and the payment terms in one conversation, and put everything in a contract before anything is announced. From there we run the calendar: travel, permits, sound check, hospitality and timing on the night. You deal with one person throughout.

How long it takes

Six to twelve weeks for a regional artist. Three to six months for an international one, longer where visas or a full band are involved. Add a month if your date falls in a peak season: summer weddings, Ramadan and Eid, national days, December. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, but it narrows the choice and rarely helps the terms.

What moves the fee

We do not publish rates, and the team around the artist sets the number, not the venue or the booker. What moves it is the date and whether the artist is already in the region that week, whether the event is public or private, the length of the set and the production it needs, the rights you want to keep, any exclusivity you ask for, and the terms: deposit, currency, and who carries flights and hotels. Our part is to tell you, before you ask, whether an artist fits your range.
